  • ICR

The ICR mouse is a vigorous outbred stock with good reproductive performance and fast growth rate. Female ICR mice can be used in transgenic labs as either the embryo donors or the pseudopregnant moms. The ICR mice are also widely used for product safety tests, as well as in toxicology and pharmacology studies.

  • NIH Swiss Athymic Nude Mice

The nu mutation of NIH Swiss Athymic Nude mice produces a hairless model that lacks a functional thymus, ideal for studying allografts, xenografts, tumorogenicity and cancer metastasis. While the nude mouse lacks T cells, it has a normal complement of bone marrow-dependent B cells. Nude mice also have elevated levels of NK cells, as well as macrophages, which are more potent than those from mice with a normal functioning thymus.

  • Swiss Webster

Swiss Webster mice are all-purpose stock for different research studies and drug safety testing. With their good nurturing ability, Swiss Webster female mice are perfect candidates as recipient mothers, which can be used for embryo transfers in transgenic labs.
