Which KO cancer models are available? Do spontaneous tumors occur, and if so, at what stage in the life cycle?

We are very close to launching our p53 model. We have homozygous knockouts that we are monitoring closely for tumor development. Based on what happens in mice - we expect to see tumors by the time they are 3-4 months old.
