Thanks for the post. Your question is exactly what we are trying to uncover. We have created PXR and Mdr1a knockout rats - both important targets for tox studies. The KO mice exist. We will be characterizing these novel models. If you could only do a handlful of assays, which would be the most important to show relevance for tox?
